You can also mail in your order and
pay by Personal check or Money order.If you choose to send a
Personal check, we will have to wait 7-10 business days until your check
has cleared before we can ship your order. PLEASE be sure that funds
are available, as our bank charges us a penalty for each NSF check.Please do not send cash.

included for all orders. For more details, please see our Shipping
page. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Due to
popular demand, certain items may not always be readily available. These
items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Please allow up to
2 weeks for delivery for back-order items.

Exchange Policy
We offer FREE resize
for your ring, please send a check for $10.00 for shipping.
For
CANADA ORDERS please send a check for $40.00 for shipping, we can also
charge your credit card.
If your items from Zivarti fail to
meet your expectations for any reason, please send your package to us
within 30-Days of shipment out date for
100% Money Back on your purchase. You
must send via insured US Post Office Priority Mail®. Make sure that you have insured the package &
purchased a tracking number for your record.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our
Quality Assurance Team.
Please
include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your return will be refunded in
the same payment manner as your original purchase. After Review Please
allow 2 weeks for your credit to appear in your statement.
Damaged in Shipment

If your item is damaged durring shipping, please
hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering
carrier (FedEx) to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
